She is survived by: her children, Teresa Zappia, Karen (Domenick Carnevale), Nancy Lauchaire, Michael Crowe and John (Stephynia Limongello); and her nephew Robert Lackie (John Pfannes). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and many other family members and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the CHARIS Children's Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 organization which supports foster children and their families.
