He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Sankar, Maureen Prince, Valerie Milner, Tony Milner and Margaret Vasconcellas; his wife Deborah Milner; his children, Clayton, Teisha, Kevin Milner and Eshawna Seepersaud; his grandchildren, Japheth, Jhase, Kaylee, Kate and Kyle; his nieces and nephews, Reenie, Sean, Tasha, Duane, Tracy, Suzanne, Mark, Ryan and Angie; his siblings-in-law, Brian Vasconcellas, Troy Halley, Simone Troyer, Kim Halley, Aggrey Halley and Sharon Halley; and his close friends, Compton Fraser, Cassidy Collymore, David Griffith, Garvan Van Lange, Roger Prince, Courtney Harris and Garth Nelson.
