He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Banko and Julia Banko; and his siblings, Grace DellaPietro, Louis, Charles and Alex.
He is survived by: his close friend Addie; his son Frank Banko, Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Virginia Otte of Woodbridge.
