He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Marie Marko; his parents, Andrew Tylutki and Catherine Tylutki; his siblings, Helen, Veronica, Mary and Joe; his daughter-in-law Donna Rich Tylutki; and also, Michael and Zuzana Marko.
He is survived by: his daughter June Tylutki Uszenski (Kevin); his granddaughter Jenna Uszenski Grabowski (Mark); his great grandchildren, Arielle, Mark and Victoria; his grandson Kevin; his great grandchildren, Kaden and Landry; his grandson Andrew (Brielle); his son Thomas Tylutki; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Angela and Kara.
