She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Kurtiak; her daughters, Cecelia A. Kurtiak and Irene E. Gritz; and her parents, John Hrabar and Mary Hrabar.
She is survived by: her sons, John Kurtiak, Jr., Michael Kurtiak and Mark Kurtiak; and her siblings, Mary Timko of Perth Amboy, Joseph Hrabar of Georgia and John Hrabar of Florida. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
