With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn A. Poulakowski of Woodbridge, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on June 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Poulakowski; her parents, Alfred Lesiak and Arlene Kopycko Lesiak; and her brother Alfred Lesiak. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hannigan (Kevin) of Freehold; her grandsons, Patrick and Christopher; her son Thomas Poulakowski (JoAnn) of Colonia; her grandchildren, Amanda and Ally; and her sister Judith Lesiak of Charlottesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
