He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodoro Jimenez and Petra Jimenez (Acevedo); and his wife Elsa Jimenez (Perez). He is survived by: his children, Carmelo Jimenz Jr. (Lourdes), Jeanette Patriarco (Stephen), Malinda Knudsen (Richard) and Debra Lam (Dennis); his sister Bienvenida Jimenez; and his grandchildren, Karena, Alani, Deren, Cassidy, Brandon, Nicholas and Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
