She is survived by: her husband Charles Fazekas; her daughters, Daryl Anne Patterson (Robert) of Bedford, PA, Robyn Marie DiLeo of Green Brook, NJ and Karen Christine Muller (Michael) of Neshanic Station, NJ; and her grandchildren, Andrea Mitton (Patrick), Daniel Patterson (Maggie), Mark Patterson (Angela), Dominic DiLeo, Matthew DiLeo (Gabriella), Robert DiLeo, Elena DiLeo, Elizabeth Muller and Andrew Muller.
