She is survived by: her children, Angela Dethloff (Bryan), Michael Cretekos, John Cretekos and Mary Pavlik (John Sr.); her grandchildren, Michael Hayden (Jacqueline), Amanda Pavlik (Charles Holland), Nicole Pavlik and John Pavlik, Jr. (Sayani); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Connor, Dawson, John Jr. and Penelope.
