He is survived by: his wife Lucy A. Chiumento; his sons, Anthony N. Chiumento, Jr. (Barbara) and John Chiumento; his grandsons, Christopher Zusin (Cortney) and Michael Chiumento (Chris); and his great grandchild Caden Zusin.
