He is survived by: his wife Ann Nahaczewski; his sons, Jonathan Lugo of Ellicott City, MD and Connor Lugo of Salisbury, MD; his mother Emma Lugo of High Point, NC; his siblings, Vivian (Jim Caruolo) and Richard (Linda Lugo); and his pet Tessa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
