He is survived by: his wife Connie Yi-Kang Chiang (Wong); his children, Kelly Morgan (Scott) and Michael Chiang (Regina); his sisters, Patty, Mary, Shirley and Jenny; and his grandchildren, Christopher Morgan, Amelia Chiang and Elise Chiang.
