She is survived by: her son J. Andrew "Andy"; her daughter-in-law Dr. Kellie W. Slade; her daughters, Janet G. (Steven Lee) and Carolyn A. Clark; her grandchildren, Andrew R. Slade, Eric Lee (Melissa Lynch), Michael Lee (Amanda), Kristine DeBenedict (Daniel "DJ"), Douglas Clark (Jillian) and Julianne Clark; her great grandchildren, London, Sienna, Michael Jr. and Josephine; her nephew Robert O'Conner; and her nieces, Sally O'Conner and Susan O'Conner.
