He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Stout and Frances Stout. He is survived by: his wife Constance B. Stout; his children, Gail Snook, Donald Stout, Catherine Morris, Robert (Kathy Stout), Daniel (Barbara Stout), Richard (Debbie Stout) and Charles Stout, Jr.; and his brother Howard Stout. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
