He is survived by: his wife Piedad Almachi; his children, Veronica, Christian and Kevin Alvarez; his grandchildren, Jayden and Jeremy Guaman; his siblings, Zoila Alvarez (Rene Bermejo) and Cecy Alvarez (Rigo Vega); and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Almachi (Patricio Campoverde), Elizabeth Almache (Wilmer Guzman), Carlos Almache (Monica Delgado) and Francisco Almache (Stefania). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
