She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Simko. She is survived by: her children, Dana (Damian Ciccariello), Maria (Joseph Buzzanco) and Jacqueline (Thomas Lenhardt); her grandchildren, Stephen (Joan), Lauren (Scott), Nicholas, Joseph, Brianna, Christina, Grace and Bethany; her great grandchild Ella Rose; and her sisters, Dolores Skwara and Carol Suppa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
