She was predeceased by: her parents, Lella McConnell and William McConnell. She is survived by: her husband Russel Thomas Brankley; her children, Russel James (Patti), David Andrew and Sheryl Louise; her granddaughters, Heather Derbyshire (Andrew) and Beth Wedler (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Gabriel, Adam and Maeve.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Beverly National Cemetery (916 Bridgeboro Rd, Beverly, NJ 08010).
