He was predeceased by: his father Edward J. Devlin, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley A Devlin (Essman); his girlfriend Carol Hess; his children, Edward (Amanda Kaye), Anthony and Amanda Devlin; his brother Michael Devlin; and his grandchildren, Vincent, Miyah, Amari and Brody.
