He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Wade; his parents, William Wade and Edna Wade (Bowen); his son Donald Wade; and his brother John Wade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ellen Wade and Catherine Mazzella (Wade); and his siblings, Rosemary Wear, Edna Snyder, Vivian Jones, Deborah Coumbe and William Wade.
