He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Horner; and his daughters, Susan Guzman (Alberto) and Sharon Diane (David Jocovich). He is survived by: his child Thomas Horner, Jr. (Sharon); his grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Tommy, Colton and Maddi; and his great grandchildren, Adalee, Kyra, Seth, Kaylee, Jacob, Tori and Lily.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery (240 N Tuckahoe Rd, Williamstown, NJ 08094).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Garden Lake Bible Church, 63 1st Ave., Lindenwold, NJ 08021.

“This note of mine to my Uncle is brief and he is an outstanding man, he cared for his family and community. He loved his country and served as a Marine in WWII and the Korean Wars. I knew him as a man who was very giving and enjoyed life itself. He always helped others and it was difficult in the latter years to see him needing help but my cousin hios son, Tommy was there for him and helped when he could. I am thankful for being included in his final years. I will miss Uncle Tom!”
