She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Helen Moore; her husband Benjamin Levin; and her siblings, Marie Cunningham, Helen O'Neill, Joseph Moore, Dolores Fluehr, Margaret Moore, John Moore Jr., Patricia Lee and Marcella Turci.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Andy; her daughter Michelle Schwaiger (Andy); and her grandson Andrew Schwaiger.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association @ alz.org.
