He was predeceased by: his nephew Avery Peacock. He is survived by: his wife Amber Peacock; his children, Haylee, Kaleb and Jacob; his parents, Anna Bass and Steve Bass; his parents-in-law, Patricia Peacock and John Peacock; his sisters, Dawn Bass, Jessica Bass (Steven Carter) and Melissa Bass; his sisters-in-law, Autumn McDevitt (Ryan McDevitt), April Ness (Joseph Ness) and Ashley Shipp (Daniel Shipp); and his nieces and nephews, Liberty, Emma, Kylee, Kiera, Junior, Parker, Zachary, Elijah and Levi.
