He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Moore and Carolyn Moore; his children, Tracey Moore (Robert Kehler), Carrie Moore, Richard Moore (Jacqueline), Stephen Moore (Barbara) and Charles Richard Moore; his grandchildren, Matthew Phillips, Kayla Lamancusa (Nicholas), Lesleigh Emanuel, Chase Dewitt, Cole Dewitt, Jacob Moore, Rebecca Moore, Brandie Moore and Zophia Moore; his great grandchildren, Josephine Phillips, Jackson Phillips, Aria Lamancusa and Sophia Moore; and his siblings, Billy Moore, April Jervis and David Moore. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
