He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia; his child Casey Talbot; his sisters, Celeste Happersett (Jim) and Libby Payne (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Lauren McCaughin, Leigh Fuller and Chris Ryan; and his siblings-in-law, Don Ryan (Lynne), Leslie and Gordon Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Raymond to the National MS Society.
