He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Terruso and Mario Terruso; and his brothers, Anthony, Mario, Jr. and Richie.

He is survived by: his significant other Donna Hamernick; and his children, Michael, Mario, Sr., Paula Bellone and Cheryl. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CHOP, Shiner's or St. Jude's Hospital.
