He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his son Norman DeVries Jr.; and his parents, Sybe DeVries and Helen DeVries. He is survived by: his children, Denise Hendrickson, Frank DeVries, John DeVries and Christopher DeVries; and his stepchildren, Harry Clark, Georgie Clark, Susan Clark and Donna Brown (late Nate). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
