She is survived by: her significant other Anquan Cook; her pet Cola; her brother William Chadwell (Sue); her niece Natalie; her nephew Alec Chadwell; and her grandchildren, Amarie, Talliyah, Nolan, Aaron, Ja'zon (Aniyah) and Anquan.
