He was predeceased by: his spouse Mabel M. Chadwick; his child Leon E. Chadwick, III; and his siblings, Theresa Braun and John Chadwick. He is survived by: his children, Mabel M. Chadwick and Elaine M. Morris (William); and his grandchildren, William and Theresa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
