He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payne and Carolee Payne; and his siblings, Cynthia Payne and Mark Payne. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his stepson William Ruggieri (Catherine); his grandchildren, William, Abigail and Wyatt; his sister-in-law Sharon; his sisters, Caroll Hawk (Dave), Sandra Barney (late Sherwin) and Barbara Alspaugh (Myles); and his nephews, Christopher Adair and William Souden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
