She was predeceased by: her parents, Bette Evans and Kenneth Evans. She is survived by: her husband Louis Wittje, Sr.; her sons, Brad Wittje and Tyler Wittje (Breelyn); her stepson Louis Wittje, Jr. (Lenora); her grandchildren, Allison, Max, Lauren, Danielle, Louis III and Kayla; and her brother Kenneth Evans (Dorothy). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the First Presbyterian Church of Williamstown, 430 S. Main St., Williamstown, NJ 08094, in Joyce's name.
