With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John T. Burton of Williamstown, New Jersey, who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rev. Charles Burton, Rev. Joseph "Duke" Burton, Jr., Thomas R. Burton, Sr. and Florence Burton. He is survived by: his child Study Team; his spouse Jean A. Burton; his children, Lee Cooper (Deborah), John Burton (Linda), Jeffrey Cooper (Kelli), MariaElena Conroy (Tom), Joshua Burton (Donna) and Jacob Burton (Shawn); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Lee, Jr., Christopher, Alexandra, Jack, Kyle, Raili, Jeffrey, Jr., Ryan, Hailey, Sydney, Tommy, Braxton and Jamison; his great grandchildren, Judah and Elliana; and his sister-in-law Peggy Burton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a scholarship that has been set up in his honor.
