He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his sons, John Phillips, Jr. (Janice) and Larry Phillips (Susan); his grandchildren, Sharon Harrison (Andrew), Tara Gustavsen (David), Rebecca Phillips, John Phillips III and Randall Phillips; his great grandchildren, Liam Phillips, Sienna Harrison and Luke Gustavsen; and his brothers, Elmer Phillips and Charles Phillips (Gail).
