He is survived by: his wife Darlene Palmer; his children, Terry Gariano and Horace Palmer III (Kimberly); his granddaughter DeAnn Short; and his stepchildren, Darlene O'Donnell (John) and Rodney Reid. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
