He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Ohrenich Jr.; and also Jamie Romano. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Woodward and Alexa Woodward; his brother Joseph; his grandparents, Joanne Ohrenich, Richard Nitz and Cynthia Pearce (late Douglas); his great-grandparents, Alvin Miller (Diana) and Anna Ohrenich (late Charles Ohrenich Sr); his aunts and uncles, Nikole Zallie (George), Thaddeus Ohrenich Sr. (Melissa), Charles Ohrenich III, Jason Nitz (Bianca), Katie Slater and Chad Slater; and his cousins, T. J., Isabella, Dylan, Aidan, Ava, Avery, Hayden, Julia, Jayson, Noel, Charles and Torie. He is also survived by uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Michael Woodward to be put into trust for Ethan's brother Joey and mailed c/o the funeral home.
