It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Carter of Williamstown, New Jersey, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Carter, II; and her children, Elizabeth "Betty" Nean and Raymond Nean. She is survived by: her sons, John "Jack" Carter, III (Karen) and Richard "Rich" Carter (Patty); her grandchildren, Tara, Raymond Nean, Jenna, Justin and Jamie Carter; and her great grandchildren, Quinlen, Carver and Lynx Friel.
