He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret R. Foran; his son Raymond E. Foran; and his siblings, Thomas Foran and Earl Foran. He is survived by: his children, Marge Pool (Ed), Kathy Gillespie, Rick Foran (Edna) and Michael Foran; his grandchildren, Ed Pool (Ilana), Melissa Spadea (Matt) and Andrew Gillespie; and his great grandchildren, Kylee and Joey Spadea. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
