It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Hocker of Williamstown, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hocker and Catherine Hocker; his brother Michael Hocker; and his grandson Jack Skea. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Amy Skea, Kelly Guim (Timothy) and Bill Hocker (Nikki); his sister Kathleen Fulmer (Martin); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jillian, Norman, Bailee, Maggie and Cassie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
