He is survived by: his wife Deborah Moore; his brother James Moore; his children, Sandra Thomas, Debra Reitnour (Douglas Reitnour), Jeff Moore (Mary Ann Moore), Mindy Phillips (WR) and Sergeant Ryan Phillips; and his grandchildren, Trey, Matthew, Patrick, Nicholas, Bryan, Courtney, Avery, Weston and Brooke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Deb Moore Ministries to support the chapel and services of Veterans in need and families.
