He is survived by: his wife Joan Whinna; his children, Christina Neff (Phillip Jr.) of Paulsboro and William Whinna IV (Melissa); his siblings, Dorothy Umba, Donna Good (Frank), Jean McAleer (Charles) and Lester Whinna (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Christopher and Hunter.
