He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, William Andrews Shisler, Jr. (Carol), Denise Marie Fisher (Philip) and Patrick J. Shisler (Particia); his grandchildren, Megan Shisler Chawla (Manny), William Andrews Shisler III, Nicole Shisler, Ashley Obert and Brody Shisler; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Chase, Nathan and Aria; and his friend Sand Bar.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
