It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilbur Raymond Ostrander of Wildwood, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur J. and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his daughter JoAnne McGovern (Philip); his granddaughters, Kaitlin and Ryan; and his siblings, Earl, Lewis and Doris. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews, and nieces.
