He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael (Kendra), Steven, Jaime and Daniel (Christina); and his siblings, Maureen, Timothy (Patty) and James (Mildred).
I lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Michael's name to Fop Lodge 5 Survivors Fund.
