Helen E. Thompson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen E. Thompson of Wildwood, New Jersey, who passed away on March 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carey and Edith Carey; her siblings, Robert Carey Jr. and Doris Dintino; and her sons-in-law, Joe Mannella and Loren Grunewald.

She is survived by: her husband Le Roy "Bucky" Thompson; her sister Edith Souders; her daughters, Sharon Mannella, Edith Jackson (App), Barbara Latini (Mike), Donna Kenney (Rich), Debbie Dougherty (Pat) and Helen Elliott (Tony); and her grandchildren, Joey Mannella (Evann), Danny Mannella (Jess), Keith Jackson (Justine), Kevin Jackson (Mary Julia), Michael Latini (Joy), Tony Latini (Ashley), Jacqueline Morson (Drew), Patrick Dougherty (Natsumi), Ryan Dougherty (Jen), Stephanie Curran (Steve), Jessica Hauck (Ed), Katrina Kind (Richard), Charles Guerro, Dan Giordano (Gina) and Alicia Grunewald (Jeremiah). She is also survived by her 17 Great Grandchildren.
