He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine M. Parkin and George W. Parkin; his brothers, Mike and Joseph Levin; and the mother of his child Elizabeth Sturgis.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Parkin; his children, George Parkin III (Megan), Jeffrey J. Parkin, Paul S. Parkin and Kathryn M. Parkin; his granddaughters, Alexis, Amber and Sydney; his siblings, Jeffrey Parkin (Sue), Colette Boulton (David) and Sonia Neri; and his cousin Joseph Smith. He is also survived by many other cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
