He is survived by: his children, Dawn Larkin (Jay), Stacy Pace and Charlie Boos, Jr. (Tara); and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Amanda, Erin Larkin, Alexis Boos, Gavin, Eva Boos, Michael and Braydon Larkin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
