He was predeceased by: his parents, James McDade and Constance McDade; and his brothers, Lawrence and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Dawn Reader (Rob); his grandsons, Max and Ray Reader; and his siblings, James McDade, Deborah Griffis (Robert), Susan Hazlett, Colleen Powell, Cathleen Lamberto (Domenic), Joan Powell and John McDade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
