He is survived by: his wife Susan Poukish (Youst); his sons, Anthony Poukish Jr. and Joseph Poukish; his siblings, Walter Poukish Jr., Charlie Poukish (Linda) and Carmella Poukish (June); his aunt Rosemarie Carabasi; his nieces and nephews, Lenny Bonsera, Robert LaMotta, Walter Poukish III, Timothy Poukish, Patrick Poukish, Jenine Iannaccone and Helena Poukish; and his great-nephews, Emilio and Joseph. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
