He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Walton Hewitt; and his parents, James K. Hewitt and Corinne Eva Hewitt. He is survived by: his siblings, Janine George (Gregory) and Kirk Hewitt; and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Brandon George, Gabrielle, Ashley and Mikayla Hewitt A. He is also survived by children however they loved their dog as if it were their child.
