He was predeceased by: his wife Irma R. Hart "Sam"; and his parents, Francis J. Hart and Helen E. Hart. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Hart; his nieces, Linda Stauff (Arthur) and Janet Crosscup (Bill); his nephew Robert Pangborn (Mary); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer Kent (Robert), Kristina Amoroso (AJ), Joshua Pangborn, Erin Pangborn, William Crosscup, Kenneth Stauff (Lara) and Samuel Stauff (Jennell). He is also survived by six great great nieces and nephews.
