He was predeceased by: his children, Dorothy Meszaros, John Ferro and Phyllis Lieberman; his grandson Joshua Meszaros; his stepson Louis V. Fersini, Jr.; his children, Joseph Ferro (Olivia), Samuel A Ferro Jr. and Joanne Varco (Settimo); his stepchildren, Joseph Fersini, Frieda Green (Mark) and Josephine Fersini; and his siblings, Pasquale Ferro, John Ferro and Rose Polito.
